Learn how to make restaurant style Butter Chicken recipe at home from our chef Archana on Ruchkar Mejwani. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />1/2 kg Boneless Chicken <br />1 tbsp Red Chilli powder <br />1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste <br />6 tbsp Curd <br />1 tsp Vinegar <br />1/2 tsp Black Pepper powder <br />Salt to taste <br />2 tbsp Oil <br />4 tsp Butter <br />4 tbsp Cashew Powder <br />Puree of 1 Onion & 1 Tomato <br />1/4th Cup Tomato Ketchup <br />1 tsp Mix Masala <br />Water <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />- In a large bowl marinate the chicken pieces with red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, curd, vinegar, black pepper powder & salt. <br />- Keep the marinated chicken aside for 10 minutes. <br />- In a pan heat some oil. <br />- Cook the marinated chicken pieces well. <br />- In another pan heat some butter. <br />- Add cashew powder and mix well till it changes color. <br />- Then add puree of onion & tomato. Mix well. <br />- Add tomato ketchup & mix masala. Mix well. <br />- Add the cooked chicken pieces to the gravy. <br />- Add water and mix well. <br />- Cover it with a lid and let everything cook for 10 minutes. <br />- Butter Chicken is ready to be served.
